We use to order a lot for delivery but the last time we ordered it was late and they delivered our order and we didn’t get the most important part of my daughters meal, the sweet and sour sauce. We called and they said it would be 15/20 mins till they could get sauce to us or we could get a store credit. We took the credit thinking ok it would be at least a few bucks, we’ll it needed up being 50 cents. Cheap butts, you deliver an order and forget the most important part and by the time you could have gotten sauce back out the chicken would have been cold and my daughter asleep. Needless to say we won’t be back anymore.

It took me 15 minutes to give our delivery order over the phone because the employee and those he was asking from the kitchen said they could not make me an order of vegetable fried rice and tofu. Then he was told he couldn't give me a side of tofu with vegetable fried rice. He could not explain the logic. I asked if they could make something with teryaki and tofu. He said no. I then went with homestyle tofu and asked that they cut it up small. I am a vegetarian, but do not enjoy the texture of tofu. I need protein and can get past the texture if diced. I asked for forks and extra soy sauce. The food came, and the tofu was as big as the sweet and sour chicken pieces. I tried it and just could not eat it. We did not get napkins or silverware. We only received 4 packets of soy sauce for a family of 4. And finally there were no fortune cookies. I hadn't asked if they were included because what Chinese restaurant doesn't give fortune cookies?!? I called to let them know about our experience. The owner answered. She said that these were all errors of the employee who took our order. He had left for the day, and she would ask him about it. She said silverware and napkins are never included on delivery orders, but I was told they would be sent. The owner interrupted me several times while I was trying to explain the situation. I said that usually restaurants try to make up for their mistakes by offering a future discount or free meal. She said since no food was actually missing she could not do anything. I have worked in the restaurant business and seen customers demand a free complete order if just one minor mistake was made. I have seen managers meet this demand to satisfy the customer. She refused to provide any satisfaction and certainly did not act like she wanted any business from my family. I was appalled and disappointed with my first and only experience with China Garden.

This place is amazing! They are very kind, very fast, and very friendly. There are several Chinese restaurants between my home and China Garden, but I make the drive and pass them all to come here. They are the best in town

You can't even get a friggin pizza in Bargersville, but thanks to the nice folks at Ching Garden, you can get Chinese food right to your door. And they take credit cards. Food is your typical chinese-american fare, but they make really decent authetic food on customer request. The owners are friendly, and they are very willing to modify the menu to suit the customer. Delivery time is very good, and they'll even call ahead to let you know they are a few minutes out. Excellent service!?
